The year is 2007 in Pfresno, Texas. Raphael is in county jail after being arrested for graffiti. He’s a good guy. It’s just graffiti. So you can’t blame Raphael for the events that occur after his arrest. He’s not responsible for the sting operation, the new Pflophouse mixtape, Agent Williams and his delusional suspects, the meth pipes, the FBI, the rich kids with nothing to lose, Mateo, Larry the Pig, all the knives, the wannabe local TV reporter, the plutonium deal gone bad, or anyone who may or may not die as a result of the deal gone bad. None of this is Raphael’s fault, it’s his problem.
